Bio

Whether you’re navigating life after college, figuring out your career path, working through relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck—you’re not alone. Moving around and living in unique places like Guam taught me that life can feel both overwhelming and exciting. During my sophomore year of college, while studying aviation, I faced a season of personal struggle when COVID hit. I began questioning my faith and my plans for my life, and anxiety and cynicism crept in. It was then that I realized my deep need for God and began seeking Him intentionally. As I read Scripture with a renewed desire, Jesus met me there, drawing me into a closer relationship with Him and giving me a deep sense of His peace and love.

God redirected my path to pursue a career in counseling, and I graduated with my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University in 2024. I am trained in EMDR and DBT and draw from a holistic approach that values the integration of mind, body, and Spirit.

My background as a commercial pilot and assistant triathlon coach has taught me the importance of discipline, endurance, and mental clarity—these insights continue to shape my therapeutic style and commitment to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with strength and resilience.

Counseling can provide a safe space to process life’s journey in a real and authentic way. I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they pursue healing, growth, and greater wholeness. I enjoy working with adolescents, college students, young adults, and individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, anger, family dynamics, and self-esteem issues.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, running, and being with family and friends.
