Brave Together

A 5-Week Counseling Group for Teen Girls

Finding Confidence, Connection, and Courage Through Christ

Brave Together is a Christ-centered counseling group designed for teen girls (ages 13-17) who struggle with social anxiety, self-doubt, fear of rejection, or negative self-talk. Through practical counseling strategies, engaging activities, supportive peer relationships, and the unchanging truth of God's Word, participants will learn to face anxiety with courage, build meaningful connections, and discover their identity in Christ.

This group combines evidence-based counseling techniques—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure strategies, emotional regulation, and healthy relationship skills—with biblical encouragement and Scripture.

Whether a teen feels left out, worries about what others think, or struggles to believe she is enough, Brave Together offers a safe place to grow in confidence and faith alongside other girls walking a similar journey.
